You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive in your shipment notification email, logging into your account, or by the Shop App.
Please note: We can only ship to the 50 United States. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands.
For US orders: Order Subtotals over $50 qualify for Free Standard Shipping
*Excludes oversize, overweight items and bulk orders. Orders with these items will receive a $10 shipping credit on ground delivery as part of our shipping promotion instead of Free Standard Shipping. This will be noted in checkout.
*Free Standard Shipping is currently only available to the 48 US States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
If your order qualifies for Free Shipping, you must select the Free Shipping option during checkout; selecting other shipping methods will incur additional charges. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for orders qualifying for free shipping. Carriers that may be used include UPS Mail Innovations, UPS SurePost, and UPS Ground.
Items on promotion will use the discounted price to calculate towards the $50 order subtotal.

Returns from LOLSurprise.com will only be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be new, unassembled, and unused in their original packaging. Gifts purchased for December celebrations can be returned no later than January 31st.
Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Shipping charges for both delivery and returns are not refundable, this includes item(s) purchased on Free Shipping offers and or in item(s) where a delivery is refused. Please note that this also applies to items received as gifts. If you return a gift, the purchaser will receive a refund on the original form of payment they used to make the purchase. All sales are final on pre-orders.
Return the item(s) using the carrier of your choice with a tracking service. Be sure to include your order number on the return label. Please allow 30 days for your refund to process.
