Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your account on Bratz.com
  • Using the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
  • Tracking through the Shop App

Shipping Information

United States Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Please note: Free Shipping is available only within the contiguous 48 states and excludes Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $50 USD qualify for Free Standard Shipping
  • Promotional and discounted items count toward the $50 threshold based on their discounted price
  • To receive Free Shipping, you must select the Free Shipping option at checkout
  • Selecting another shipping method will result in applicable shipping charges
  • Orders qualifying for Free Shipping may ship via UPS Ground Saver, UPS Ground, or another carrier selected by Bratz.com

Pre-order items ship according to the estimated shipping window listed on the product page.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries through our partner, Global-e.

International Ordering

  • Orders ship via DHL Express
  • Orders shipping to the UK will either ship locally or from the US depending on inventory availability at our UK warehouse.
  • Please allow approximately 2 business days for order processing
  • Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after shipment
  • Customers receive tracking information by email once the order ships
  • International orders may be limited to one item per order

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Depending on your destination country, duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.

  • Where available, these charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery
  • Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees assessed by local customs authorities

International Returns

At this time, International orders outside of orders shipped by the UK local warehouse are not eligible for return.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

Most items purchased from Bratz.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are:

  • New and unused
  • In their original packaging

Holiday Returns

Items purchased as gifts for December celebrations may be returned through January 31.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Bratziez
  • Hannah Jewett x Bratz Jewelry
  • Apparel
  • Pre-order items
  • International Orders (Non US and non UK orders)

Important Product Notice

Bratz dolls are mass-produced toys intended for play. Minor variations are normal and do not qualify for refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once a return is received and processed:

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
  • Refunds include the purchase price of returned item(s) and applicable sales tax
  • Please allow up to 30 days for refund processing

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are not refundable:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges associated with refused deliveries

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Gift Returns

If a gift is returned, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

Exchanges

Bratz.com does not offer exchanges at this time.

Reporting Product Issues

If there is an issue with your order or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Packaging or shipping carton damage is not eligible for refund, replacement, or warranty claim
  • Damage to the outer shipping box during transit does not affect product eligibility unless otherwise required by law
