Returns from Bratz.com will only be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. Returned items must be new, unassembled, and unused in their original packaging in resell-able condition. Gifts purchased for December celebrations can be returned no later than January 31st.
All sales are final, no returns. Exchanges within 7 days for defectives. 90 day warranty. Refunds are only issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned and any applicable sales tax in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
