Do you ship internationally?
US Only.

Can you ship to APO-FPO and PO Boxes?
No we cannot ship to APO-FPO and PO boxes.

How soon after I make a purchase will you ship my order?             
Apparel is made to order – allow 2-5 business days to process. After 2-5 processing days – product will ship based on shipping method you choose.

Can I track my order?
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is included in the email that you should have received upon the shipment of your order.

Can I make an exchange or return an apparel item?
Apparel is made to order. All sales are final – not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective product?
If item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at bratzstore@mgae.com.
