Bratz Rewardz

The Bratz Rewardz Program is our free loyalty program for Bratz.com shoppers. To join, head to https://invite.tyb.xyz/brand/bratz-2 and sign up with your name, email and birthday.

The program is powered by TYB, a community Rewardz platform, so joining also gives you access to the Bratz community. On TYB, you can complete fun challenges, connect with other Bratz fans and earn coins.

Bratz Rewardz gives you 5% cash back in coins on every purchase at Bratz.com. Coins are the Bratz Rewardz currency: earn them by shopping on Bratz.com and completing challenges on TYB, then redeem them for discounts.

Beyond coins, you unlock benefits based on your tier, including birthday rewardz, free shipping, early access to product drops, exclusive flash sales and gated collector drops. The more you shop and engage, the higher your tier and the better the perks.

You can earn coins by:

1. Shopping on Bratz.com, at a rate based on your tier

2. Completing challenges on TYB, quick, creative tasks like sharing feedback, posting on social or answering a poll

3. Referring friends to join the Bratz TYB community

4. Sharing a review of a product you've purchased

Challenges are activities on TYB that let you earn coins for participating. They can be simple, like answering a question, or more creative, like sharing photos, videos or feedback. You can join a challenge once in a while or every week, either way you'll earn coins. The more you engage, the more you unlock.

Common challenges include:

1. Answering a quick survey or poll

2. Uploading a photo or video

3. Sharing feedback about a product

4. Completing a simple task, like commenting on a post or attending an event

You can find current challenges in your TYB feed or on the Bratz brand page.

Log in to your Bratz TYB wallet and choose a discount toward your next order. You'll get a code to use at checkout on Bratz.com or in the TYB Shop. How much you can redeem depends on your tier.

To level up, you'll need to hit both a spend goal on Bratz.com and a coin goal after joining Bratz Rewardz on TYB. You earn coins by shopping and by completing challenges on TYB.

• DIVAZ: Spend $100 AND earn 10,000 coins
• ICONZ: Spend $250 AND earn 30,000 coins

Log in to your Bratz TYB account. Your coin balance is displayed in your wallet, along with your current tier and how close you are to the next one.

On your birthday, as long as your birthday is saved to your account. If your birthday falls within 30 days of the date you entered it, your reward will be held for roughly 30 days for fraud protection, but you'll still receive it. Your birthday reward is 4000 coins

Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it, reach out to help@tyb.xyz and they'll get you sorted.

Your coins never expire, so you can save them up for as long as you like. Discount codes are valid for one year after you redeem them. If you don't use a code in time, don't worry: the coins go right back into your Bratz TYB wallet.

Rewardz discount codes can't be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

Unfortunately not. Coins have to be redeemed before you complete your order, so redeem your reward and apply the code at checkout.

If an order is returned and refunded, the coins earned on that purchase are removed from your account. If the return drops you below your tier's annual spend requirement, your tier status may adjust accordingly.
